Создание модели саркомы матки у самок белых беспородных крыс и описание ее морфологических особенностей.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В эксперименте in vivo были использованы белые беспородные лабораторные крысы‑самки (n = 20) массой 250 ± 25 г, в качестве экспериментальной модели опухоли использовали штамм крысиной саркомы М1. Исследуемые группы животных: 1‑я группа (n = 10) – введение 0,5 мл опухолевой взвеси, содержащей 2,5–3,5 × 106 клеток с помощью внутривенного катетера с инъекционным портом 22G, 0,9 × 25 мм; 2‑я группа (n = 10) – доноры опухолевого материала с подкожной перевивкой М1 по стандартной методике. При оперативных вмешательствах был использован ксилазин‑золетиловый наркоз. Продолжительность эксперимента – 21 сут. После умерщвления животных изготавливали срединные продольные гистологические срезы с опухолевого узла толщиной 5–7 мкм, окрашенные гематоксилин‑ эозином.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В отличие от подкожной перевивки саркомы М1 опухоль, растущая в роге матки, характеризовалась наличием в брюшной полости большого количества узловых образований и опухолевых отсевов на брыжейке – лимфоузлов. По клеточному составу опухоли, образованные из взвеси клеток саркомы М1, введенных в правый рог матки, характеризовались полиморфноклеточным типом строения на фоне выраженного неоангиогенеза. На отдельных участках препаратов с полипоподобной формой опухоли были отмечены некроз и кровоизлияния, что соответствует деструктивным признакам быстрого роста и развития саркомы матки.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Установлена возможность моделирования относительно редкой опухоли при введении в правый рог матки крыс‑самок взвеси клеток саркомы М1. Характер многоузлового роста опухоли с выраженной полиморфностью клеточного состава, участками некротизации и кровоизлияния, демонстрирует адекватность модели саркомы матки для реализации исследовательских задач клинической онкологии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study. To create a model of uterine sarcoma in female white mongrel rats and provide description of its morphological features.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. In the in vivo experiment, white mongrel female laboratory rats (n = 20) weighing 250 ± 25 g were used, and the M1 strain of rat sarcoma was used as an experimental tumor model. The studied groups of animals: Group 1 (n = 10) – administration of 0.5 ml of tumor suspension containing 2.5–3.5 × 106 cells using an intravenous catheter with an injection port 22G, 0.9 × 25 mm; group 2 (n = 10) – donors of tumor material with subcutaneous M1 grafting according to the standard method. Xylazine‑ zolethyl anesthesia was used during surgical interventions. The duration of the experiment was 21 days. After killing the animals, median longitudinal histological sections were made from the tumor node, 5–7 microns thick, stained with hematoxylin‑ eosin.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Unlike subcutaneous grafting of sarcoma M1, the tumor growing in the uterine horn was characterized by the presence in the abdominal cavity of many nodules and tumor dropouts on the mesentery, i. e. lymph nodes. According to the cellular composition, tumors formed from a suspension of M1 sarcoma cells injected into the right horn of the uterus were characterized by a polymorphocellular type of structure against the background of pronounced neoangiogenesis. Necrosis and hemorrhages were noted in certain sections of the preparations with a polyp‑like tumor form, which corresponds to destructive signs of rapid growth and development of uterine sarcoma.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The possibility of modeling a relatively rare tumor by introducing a suspension of M1 sarcoma cells into the right uterine horn of female rats has been established.
