Пластика значительных дефектов передней брюшной стенки у больных, оперируемых по поводу онкологических заболеваний, в основном, выполняется при наличии сопутствующей вентральной грыжи либо при непосредственном врастании опухоли в ткани передней брюшной стенки. В настоящее время при лечении данной категории больных, методом выбора является аллопластика с использованием сетчатых эндопротезов, выполняемая различными способами. В настоящей работе мы приводим клинические случаи выполнения аллопластики обширных дефектов передней брюшной стенки у двух онкологических пациенток с обширными дефектами брюшной стенки.

Reconstruction of large defects of the anterior abdominal wall in patients operated for cancer diseases is mainly performed in the presence of concomitant ventral hernia or by direct ingrowth of the tumor in the tissue of the anterior abdominal wall. Currently in the treatment of this category of patients, the method of choice is the use of alloplastics with reticular endoprosthesis, performed in a variety of ways. In this article, we present clinical cases that perform the alloplastics of extensive defects of the anterior abdominal wall in two cancer patients with extensive defects of the abdominal wall.
