Анализ литературных данных, посвященных изучению и оценке хирургических осложнений после онкопластических резекций у больных раком молочной железы (РМЖ).Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ результатов 27 отечественных и зарубежных публикаций за период с 2013 по 2025 г. Поиск соответствующих источников был осуществлен в базах данных PubMed, Cochrane Library, E-library.Результаты. По данным литературы установлено, что наиболее частыми осложнениями после онкопластических резекций у больных РМЖ явились несостоятельность швов 3–9 %, серома/гематома – 2–50 %, липонекроз – 1–5 %, инфекционное воспаление – 4–20 %, ишемические нарушения – 0,8–2,5 %. Оценка частоты и характера хирургических осложнений при онкопластических и реконструктивно-пластических операциях является предметом изучения во многих исследованиях. Очевидно, что развитие осложнений при реконструктивно-пластических операциях может негативно влиять на качество жизни пациенток. Тщательный анализ причин и способов устранения осложнений позволит хирургам объективно оценить недостатки и преимущества различных методик при планировании объема хирургического лечения.Заключение. Проведенный литературный обзор свидетельствует, что при выполнении онкопластических резекций в различных вариантах с возможным возникновением осложнений не выявлено достоверно значимого ухудшения эстетических показателей операции и онкологических результатов лечения. Однако для минимазации риска развития хирургических осложнений необходим тщательный подход к отбору пациентов для выполнения различных методик онкопластических резекций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose of the study. To analyze published data on the incidence and characteristics of surgical complications following oncoplastic resections in patients with breast cancer (BC).Materials and methods. The results of 27 domestic and international publications published between 2013 and 2025 were analyzed. Relevant sources were searched in the PubMed, Cochrane Library, and eLibrary databases.Results. According to the literature, the most common complications after oncoplastic resections in patients with breast cancer included wound dehiscence (3–9 %), seroma/hematoma (2–5 0 %), liponecrosis (1–5 %), infectious complications (4–20 %), and ischemic complications (0.8–2.5 %). The frequency and nature of surgical complications following oncoplastic and reconstructive procedures have been investigated in numerous studies. It is evident that the development of complications after reconstructive procedures may negatively affect patients’ quality of life. A thorough analysis of the causes of complications and strategies for their management allows surgeons to objectively assess the advantages and limitations of different techniques when planning the extent of surgical treatment.Conclusion. The literature review indicates that various oncoplastic resection techniques, despite the potential occurrence of complications, are not associated with a statistically significant deterioration in aesthetic outcomes or oncological treatment results.
