Описаны алгоритмы использования наиболее информативных ОМ: СА125, НЕ4 (при раке яичников), ПСА и его изоформ (при раке предстательной железы), iFOBT (при колоректальном раке).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review is devoted to modern notions about serum tumor markers and their place in oncology: using for differential diagnosis, in prognosis of course of tumor process, during follow-up, for preclinical detection of disease recurrences, as well as in screening aimed at early detection of malignant neoplasms.
