Упростить и увеличить точность анкетного метода прогнозирования рака молочной железы (РМЖ) для последующей компьютерной обработки данных и автоматизированного формирования диспансерных групп риска без участия врача.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Работа выполнена на основе статистической обработки данных, полученных методом анкетирования 305 женщин. Анкета включала 63 пункта: 17 открытых вопросов, 46 — с выбором ответа. Была создана многофакторная модель, при разработке которой, кроме данных анкетирования, использовались материалы из историй болезней анкетируемых пациентов и данные иммуногистохимических исследований. Анализ данных был проведен с помощью программ Statistica 10.0 и MedCalc 12.7.0.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выполнен ROC-анализ анкетных данных и выявлено 8 значимых предикторов РМЖ. На их основе выведена формула для подсчета прогностического коэффициента риска развития РМЖ с чувствительностью 83,12% и специфичностью 91,43%.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Выполненные разработки позволяют создать компьютерную программу автоматизированной обработки анкет по формированию групп риска РМЖ и диспансерного наблюдения. Внедрение анкетного скрининга через интернет с последующей компьютерной обработкой результатов, без непосредственного участия врачей, позволит увеличить охват женского населения РФ мероприятиями, связанными с профилактикой РМЖ. Данная программа может освободить врачам время на прием первичных больных, а также повысить онкологическую настороженность у женского населения РФ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. Simplify and increase the accuracy of the questionnaire method of predicting breast cancer (BC) for subsequent computer processing and Automated dispensary at risk without the doctor.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The work was based on statistical data obtained by surveying 305 women. The questionnaire included 63 items: 17 open-ended questions, 46 — with a choice of response. It was established multifactor model, the development of which, in addition to the survey data were used materials from the medical histories of patients and respondents data immuno-histochemical studies. Data analysis was performed using Statistica 10.0 and MedCalc 12.7.0 programs.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The ROC analysis was performas and the questionnaire data revealed 8 significant predictors of breast cancer. On their basis we created the formula for calculating the prognostic factor of risk of development of breast cancer with a sensitivity 83,12% and a specificity of 91,43%.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The completed developments allow to create a computer program for automated processing of profiles on the formation of groups at risk of breast cancer and clinical supervision. The introduction of a screening questionnaire over the Internet with subsequent computer processing of the results, without the direct involvement of doctors, will increase the coverage of the female population of the Russian Federation activities related to the prevention of breast cancer.
