Определить приживаемость аутожирового трансплантата после липофилинга в процессе реконструкции у больных раком молочной железы.</p></sec><sec><title>Пациенты и методы</title><p>Пациенты и методы. В исследование было включено 60 пациенток, которым был выполнен липофилинг как на первом этапе реконструкции, так и на заключительных ее этапах. В статье описывается методика выполнения процедуры липофилинга, контроля и оценки степени приживаемости аутожирового трансплантата.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В результате исследования нами была определена средняя приживаемость жировой ткани в реципиентной зоне, которая составила 76,50% (p &lt; 0,00001), что далее положительно влияет на проведение последующих этапов реконструкции и на заключительный результат в целом.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Учитывая хорошую приживаемость аутожирового трансплантата, липофилинг является частью хирургической реабилитации пациенток после комбинированного/комплексного/хирургического лечения. Процедура применима на первом этапе отсроченной реконструкции, при замене тканевого экспандера на силиконовый эндопротез и как корригирующий метод на заключительном этапе реконструкции.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. Determine the survival of the auto-fat gra  a er lipoﬁ lling in the process of reconstruc on in pa ents with breast cancer.</p></sec><sec><title>Paents and methods</title><p>Paents and methods. The study included 60 pa ents who underwent lipoﬁ lling both at the ﬁ rst stage of recons tu on and at its ﬁ nal stages. The ar cle describes the procedure for performing the lipoﬁ lling procedure, monitoring and evalua on of the degree of survival of the autologous transplant.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. As a result of the study, we determined the average survival rate of adiposessue in the recipient zone, which was 76.50% (p &lt;0.00001), which further posi vely aﬀ ects the subsequent stages of reconstruc on and the ﬁ nal result as a whole.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Given the good survival of the auto-gra , lipoﬁ lling is part of the surgical rehabilita on of pa ents a er combined / complex / surgical treatment.
