Проанализированы осложнения и рецидивы после пластики различными видами сетчатых имплантатов: полипропиленовых, политетрафторэтиленовых, облегченных, рассасывающихся и биологических бесклеточных дермальных имплантатов. В результате анализа доказано наличие серьезных осложнений и рецидивов после использования некоторых методик при аллопластике грыж пищеводного отверстия диафрагмы, а также определены проблемные вопросы эволюционного развития данных методик при проведении оперативных хирургических вмешательств.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review of the literature examines the results of modern randomized cohort studies on the efficacy of alloplas-ty in hernia of the esophageal aperture of the diaphragm. The complications and relapses after plastic are analyzed by various types of reticular implants: polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, lightweight, resorbable and biological cell — free dermal implants.
