Определение уровня серопревалентности и частоты выявления серологических маркеров острой герпесвирусной инфекции (ГВИ) у больных с первичными глиальными опухолями головного мозга (ПГОГМ) в сравнении с хроническими неопухолевыми заболеваниями.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Перед проведением противоопухолевой терапии исследованы сыворотки крови 42 больных с ПГОГМ (основная группа). Группу сравнения составили 137 больных с хроническими неопухолевыми заболеваниями. Антитела (АТ) классов M и G к вирусу простого герпеса 1 и 2 типов (ВПГ-1, —2), цитомегаловирусу (ЦМВ), вирусу Эпштейна-Барр (ВЭБ), вирусу герпеса человека 6 типа (ВГЧ-6) определяли методом иммуноферментного анализа (ИФА) с использованием наборов реагентов АО «Вектор-Бест».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Среди больных ПГОГМ серопозитивными к ВПГ-1, —2 были 95,2%, ЦМВ — 92,9%, ВЭБ — 100%, ВГЧ-6-40,5% больных. Статистически значимых отличий по серопревалентности и наличию маркеров острой инфекции (IgM) ни в сравнении с неопухолевыми заболеваниями, ни в зависимости от степени злокачественности глиом не выявлено. АТ к ВПГ-1, —2, ЦМВ и ВЭБ у больных с глиомами значимо чаще были обнаружены в диапазоне средних, а в группе сравнения — высоких величин КП IgG. Во всех исследованных группах АТ к ВГЧ-6 были определены статистически значимо реже, чем к другим герпесвирусам.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Отсутствие статистически значимых различий по серопозитивности между группами больных и их наличие между возбудителями, вероятнее всего, является отражением общих тенденций в популяции, а вопрос о вовлеченности различных представителей семейства Herpesviridae в нейроонкогенез ПГОГМ по-прежнему остается открытым.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study. The purpose of the study was to assess the level of seroprevalence and the frequency of detection of serological markers of acute herpesvirus infection in patients with PGBT in comparison with those in patients with chronic non-tumor diseases.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Before conducting antitumor therapy, the blood serum of 42 patients with PGBT (the main group) was studied. The comparison group consisted of 137 patients with chronic non-tumor diseases. Antibodies of classes M and G to herpes simplex virus types 1, 2 (HSV-1,2), cytomegalovirus (CMV), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), human herpes virus type 6 (HHV-6) were determined by ELISA using JSC "Vector-Best" reagent kits.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Among patients with PGBT, seropositive for HSV-1,2 were 95.2%, CMV — 92.9%, EBV — 100%, HHV-6-40.5% of patients. No statistically significant differences in seroprevalence and the presence of markers of acute infection (IgM) were found either in comparison with non-tumor diseases or depending on the malignancy grade. Antibodies to HSV-1,2, CMV and EBV in patients with gliomas were significantly more often found in the medium range, and in the comparison group — in the high values of coefficient of positivity (CP) for IgG. In all the studied groups, antibodies to HHV-6 were determined statistically significantly less frequently than to other herpes viruses.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
