Совершенствование технологии протезирующей пластики передней брюшной стенки при грыжах посредством фармакологической регуляции местного и системного воспалительного ответа, стимулирования репаративной регенерации.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Исследование выполнено на 52 крысах чистой линии в равных условиях вивария. Всем животным выполняли имплантацию сетчатого полипропиленового протеза по типу on-lay I группа получала исключительно 1 мл 0,9 % раствора натрия хлорида, то есть специфического фармакологического лечения не получала; II группа – ксимедон, III группа – калия оротат, IV группа – метилурацил.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Все исследуемые препараты пиримидинового ряда (ксимедон, оротат калия, метилурацил) оказывают значимое влияние на локальный и системный воспалительный процесс. Рост ИЛ 10 и ФНО-а ассоциированы с увеличением площади жидкостных включений. Применение оротата калия и метилурацила в послеоперационном периоде нецелесообразно, так как ассоциировано с повышенным риском кровоизлияний и острых парапротезных жидкостных скоплений. Приём ксимедона после операции ассоциирован с ускоренным ростом сосудов и грануляционной ткани, уменьшением жидкостных включений, однако сопряжён с незначимым увеличением риска тканевых кровоизлияний.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Фармакологическая регуляция воспалительных и регенераторных процессов препаратом ксимедон в периоперационном периоде протезирующей пластики можно рассматривать как один из новых перспективных способов улучшения результатов хирургического лечения пациентов с грыжами живота, что требует дальнейшего клинического изучения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study. was to improve the technology of prosthetic repair of the anterior abdominal wall patients with hernias by means of pharmacological regulation of the local and systemic inflammatory response and stimulation of reparative regeneration.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study was carried out on 52 pure line rats in vivarium. All animals have on-lay implantation of a polypropylene mesh imlantant. Group I have no specific pharmacological treatment receive (0.9 % sodium chloride solution); group II – receive solution of xymedon, group III – potassium orotate, group IV – methyluracil.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Identified that all investigated drugs of the pyrimidine series (xymedon, potassium orotate, methyluracil) have a significant effect on the local and systemic inflammatory process. The growth of IL 10 and TNF-a are associated with an increase in the area of liquid inclusions. The use of potassium orotate and methyluracil in the postoperative period is inappropriate, as it is associated with an increased risk of hemorrhage and acute paraprosthetic fluid accumulations. Taking xymedon after surgery is associated with an accelerated growth of blood vessels and granulation tissue, a decrease in fluid inclusions, but is associated with an insignificant increase in the risk of tissue hemorrhage.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
