Оценить влияние ксенон-кислородных ингаляций на функциональное состояние сердечно-сосудистой системы у онкологических пациентов с хроническим болевым синдромом.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведено рандомизированное двойное слепое плацебо-контролируемое исследование влияния ингаляции ксенон-кислородной смеси на ЭКГ, АД и ЧСС у онкологических пациентов с хроническим болевым синдромом на фоне медикаментозного лечения. 48 пациентов основной группы дважды в сутки в течение 7 визитов получали ингаляции ксенон-кислородной смеси, содержащей 50 % ксенона и 50 % кислорода, 47 пациентов контрольной группы получали кислородно-воздушные ингаляции, содержащие 50 % кислорода. Оценивался также уровень интенсивности боли по нумерологической оценочной шкале и удовлетворенность пациентов по данным опроса.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Значимых негативных влияний ксенона на показатели электрокардиограммы выявлено не было. В основной группе в отличие от контрольной не увеличивалась дисперсия интервала QT. Отмечались разнонаправленные изменения зубца Т как в основной, так и в контрольной группе без клинической симптоматики. Ксенон не оказывал существенного влияния на ЧСС, но снижал систолическое и диастолическое АД. В основной группе отмечалось значимое снижение уровня боли с 50 [40; 60] до 40 % [25; 50]; p &lt; 0,05, в контрольной группе изменения уровня боли были недостоверными. Удовлетворенность пациентов в группе ксенона составила 71 %, а в контрольной группе – 11 %; p = 0,0001.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Ксенон-кислородные ингаляции не оказывают негативных побочных влияний на показатели электрокардиограммы, АД и ЧСС у онкологических пациентов с хроническим болевым синдромом. Включение ксенона в комплексную терапию повышает эффективность лечения боли и удовлетворенность пациентов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study. Assessment of xenon-oxygen inhalations effect on functional status of cardiovascular system in oncological patients with chronic pain syndrome.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Randomized double-blinded placebo-controlled clinical trial with assessment of xenon-oxygen inhalations effect on electrocardiogaram, blood pressure and heart rate was performed in oncological patients with chronic pain syndrome received analgetic drug therapy. 48 of them were in the main group and received xenon-oxygen-air mixture containing 50 % xenon and 50 % oxygen twice a day during 7 visits, and other 47 were in control group and received oxygen-air mixture containing 50 % oxygen. Level of pain severity according to numerical rating scale and satisfaction of patients on the base of questionary were also assessed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. No significant negative effects of xenon on electrocardiogaram were revealed. In the main group alike the control group the QT intervals did not increase. There were multidirectional changes of T-wave without clinical symptoms in main and control groups. Xenon had no influence on heart rate but lead to statistically significant systolic and diastolic blood pressure decrease. Pain severity was significantly alleviated in the main group from 50 [40; 60] to 40 [25; 50]%; p &lt; 0,05. Satisfaction of the patients in xenon group was 71 % vs 11 % in control group; p = 0,0001.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Xenon-oxygen inhalations had no negative side effects on electrocardiogram, blood pressure and heart rate in oncological patients with chronic pain syndrome.
