Изучить уровни факторов адреналовой оси в гипоталамусе, надпочечниках и сыворотке крови мышей и катехоламинов в надпочечниках при самостоятельном росте меланомы В16 и карциномы легких Льюис (LLC) и сочетанном их росте у самок мышей, а у самцов – при самостоятельном росте В16 и сочетанном росте В16 и LLC.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Самцы и самки мышей Balbc/Nude были разделены на группы по 7 штук: 1 – интактные; 2 – рост меланомы В16/F10, 3 – рост LLC, 4 – сочетанный рост меланомы и LLC. В гомогенатах гипоталамуса и надпочечников, в сыворотке крови животных всех групп методом ИФА определяли содержание кортикотропин-рилизинга, норадреналина и дофамина, методом РИА определяли уровень 17‑гидроксипрогестерона (17-ОНР), дегидроэпиандростерон-сульфата (ДГЭА-S) и кортизола. Статистическую обработку результатов проводили с помощью программы Statistica 10.0.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У самок мышей при всех вариантах роста опухоли имело место повышение уровня КТ-рилизлинга в гипоталамусе, сопровождаемое подъемом всех показателей, характеризующих состояние стресса – кортизола, соотношения кортизол/ДГЭАS и норадреналина. Однако в сыворотке крови повышение уровня кортизола блокировалось высоким уровнем ДГЭА-S, вследствие чего соотношение кортизол/ДГЭА-S было либо в пределах нормы (меланома В16 и сочетание В16 + LLC), либо сниженным (LLC). У самцов мышей при изученных вариантах роста опухоли имело место снижение уровня КТ-рилизинга в гипоталамусе, сопровождаемое разнонаправленными изменениями показателей, характеризующих состояние стресса, в надпочечниках уровень кортизола повышался, соотношение кортизол/ДГЭА-S не имело достоверных отличий от контрольных величин, а уровень норадреналина снижался. В сыворотке крови повышение уровня кортизола не блокировалось высоким уровнем ДГЭА-S, вследствие чего соотношение кортизол/ДГЭАS было резко повышено при меланоме В16 и сочетании В16 + LLC.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. При самостоятельном и первично-множественном вариантах роста опухоли имеют место половые особенности функционирования адреналовой оси на центральном и периферическом уровнях, что обусловливает более выраженное стрессовое состояние организма при сочетанном росте В16 + LLC, реализующееся различными механизмами.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study. To study the levels of adrenal axis factors in the hypothalamus, adrenal glands, blood serum of mice and catecholamines in the adrenal glands during the independent growth of B16 melanoma and Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) and their combined growth in female mice, and in males – with independent growth of B16 and combined growth of B16 and LLC.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Male and female BALB/c Nude mice were divided into groups, n = 7 each: group 1 involved intact animals, group 2 involved mice with B16/F10 melanoma, group 3 – mice with LLC, group 4 – synchronous growth of melanoma and LLC. Levels of corticotropin releasing, noradrenaline and dopamine were determined in homogenates of the hypothalamus and adrenal glands and in the blood serum of all animals by ELISA, and levels of 17‑hydroxyprogesterone (17-OHP), dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA-S) and cortisol were determined by RIA. Statistical processing of results was performed using the Statistica 10.0 program.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. All tumor-bearing females showed elevated corticotropin releasing in the hypothalamus together with an increase of all stress-characterizing parameters: cortisol, the cortisol/DHEA-S ratio, and noradrenaline. However, an increase in serum levels of cortisol was blocked by high levels of DHEA-S, and as a result, the cortisol/DHEA-S ratio was either within the normal range (B16 melanoma and B16+LLC combination) or reduced (LLC). Levels of corticotropin releasing in the hypothalamus of tumor-bearing males decreased, together with opposite changes in stress-characterizing parameters in the adrenal glands: cortisol increased, the cortisol/DHEA-S ratio did not differ significantly from the control values, and noradrenaline decreased. An increase in serum levels of cortisol was not blocked by high levels of DHEA-S, and as a result, the cortisol/DHEA-S ratio was sharply elevated in B16 melanoma and B16+LLC combination.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
