Оценить регенерацию инфицированной раны кожи у крыс  на фоне   стероидной гипергликемии при использовании препаратов растительного  происхождения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Была  проведена  оценка  регенерации  инфицированной  раны  кожи  крыс (n = 30) на фоне  стероидной гипергликемии. В зависимости от вида  лечения   раневой   поверхности   все наблюдаемые животные  были  разделены на 3 группы: первой группе (n = 10) была  выполнена   обработка раны мазью, содержащей Cymbopogon proximus, и введение его экстракта per os; второй  группе (n = 10) – обработка раны мазью, содержащей натрия фузидат 2 %; третьей  группе  (n = 10, контрольной)  рана обрабатывалась вазелином. Через  пять дней  оценивались местные изменения   в области раны   и активность ее  регенерации. Также мы исследовали изменение   крови: состав форменных элементов и содержание общего белка,  альбуминов,   активность трансаминаз (АЛТ, АСТ), общего холестерина, мочевины и креатинина.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Употребление Cymbopogon proximus перорально крысами первой группы, с индуцированным сахарным диабетом, способствует снижению уровня глюкозы в сыворотке  крови  почти в два  раза по  сравнению со второй  и  третьей группами. Мазь, содержащая Cymbopogon proximus, обладает иммуномодулирующими свойствами: препятствует  развитию лейкопении, способствует активации агранулярных иммуноцитов. Использование экстракта Cymbopogon proximus положительно отражается на скорости регенерации раны за счет нескольких  моментов: снижения гиперемии и отека, стимуляции активности лейкоцитов, и, как следствие, активации регенерации. Мы не выявили достоверной разницы скорости  регенерации раны при лечении мазью на  основе   экстракта Cymbopogon proximus и мазью, содержащей натрия фузидат (p &gt; 0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Активность регенерации  инфицированной раны у крыс  со стероидной гипергликемией  достоверно не отличается при лечении антимикробной мазью и Cymbopogon proximus. Экстракт Cymbopogon proximus оказывает двойное   действие in vivo: снижает уровень глюкозы и способствует заживлению ран в условии  гипергликемии,  что является  перспективным при лечении осложнений при сахарном диабете.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. To evaluate the regeneration of an infected skin wound in experimental steroid hyperglycemia in rats.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Regeneration of an infected rat skin wound (n = 30) was evaluated on the background of steroid hyperglycemia. Depending on the type of wound surface treatment, all observed animals were divided into 3 groups: the first group (n = 10) was treated with an ointment containing Cymbopogon proximus per os administration; the second group (n = 10) was treated with an ointment containing sodium fusidate 2 %; the third group (n = 10, control) the wound was treated with vaseline. After five days, local changes in the wound area and the activity of its regeneration were evaluated. We also studied the blood changes: the composition of the shaped elements and the content of total protein, albumins, transaminase activity (ALT, AST), total cholesterol, urea and creatinine.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The use of Cymbopogon proximus orally by rats of the first group, with induced diabetes mellitus, contributes to a decrease in serum glucose levels by almost two times compared with the second and third groups. Ointment containing Cymbopogon proximus has immunomodulatory properties: it prevents the development of leukopenia, promotes the activation of agranular immunocytes. The use of Cymbopogon proximus extract has a positive effect on the rate of wound regeneration due to several factors: reduction of hyperemia and edema, stimulation of leukocyte activity, and as a consequence activation of regeneration. We did not find a significant difference in the rate of wound regeneration when treated with an ointment based on Cymbopogon proximus extract and an ointment containing sodium fusidate (p &gt; 0.05).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The regeneration activity of an infected wound in rats with steroid hyperglycemia does not significantly differ when treated with antimicrobial ointment and Cymbopogon proximus.
