Изучение уровня половых гормонов и кортизола в ткани легкого больных раком легкого, перенесших COVID‑19 различной степени тяжести.</p></sec><sec><title>Пациенты и методы</title><p>Пациенты и методы. Материалом для исследования послужили образцы легочной ткани, полученные в результате открытой биопсии при выполнении радикальных операций у 60 больных с морфологически верифицированным немелкоклеточным раком легкого (НМРЛ) I–IIIA стадии (сT1–3NХ M0). Средний возраст больных составил 59,11 ± 2,9 года. При госпитализации все пациенты имели отрицательный ПЦР‑тест на SARS‑CoV‑2 из носоглотки. Основываясь на анамнестических данных, собранных с помощью специальной анкеты, в зависимости от тяжести клинического течения COVID‑19 были сформированы основная и контрольная группы. В основную группу вошли 30 больных НМРЛ (15 мужчин и 15 женщин), перенесших COVID‑19 в тяжелой и средней тяжести форме, потребовавшей госпитализации; контрольную группу аналогично составили 30 пациентов с НМРЛ, у которых инфекция SARS‑CoV‑2 протекала бессимптомно или в легкой форме. Все пациенты перенесли COVID‑19 от 3 и более месяцев до начала лечения НМРЛ. Количественную оценку содержания эстрадиола (Е2), тестостерона (Т), прогестерона (Р4) и кортизола (К) определяли методом РИА в 10 % гомогенатах образцов опухоли и линии резекции.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В основной группе у женщин в линии резекции выявили повышение Е2 в 1,7 раза, кортизола – в 1,5 раза, Р4 – в 4,1 раза на фоне снижения в 1,3 раза Т, а у мужчин повышенный в среднем в 1,8 раза уровень Т и Р4 (p &lt; 0,05). В образцах опухоли у женщин и мужчин основной группы установлено увеличение уровня Е2 в среднем в 1,7 раза и повышение кортизола в 1,8 раза (p &lt; 0,05) только у женщин.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Тяжелое течение COVID‑19 способствовало изменению гормонального фона как непораженной ткани легкого, особенно выраженное у женщин, так и самой опухоли. Вероятней всего нам стоит ожидать не только рост заболеваемости раком легкого, особенно у женского пола, но и изменение его течения, ответа на противоопухолевую терапию и, возможно, увеличение осложнений и неблагоприятных исходов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The purpose of the study</title><p>The purpose of the study. To analyze levels of sex hormones and cortisol in lung tissues of patients with lung cancer with previous COVID‑19 of different severity.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The material for the study included samples of lung tissues obtained after open biopsy at radical surgery from 60 patients with morphologically verified stage I–IIIA non‑small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (сT1–3NХ M0). The mean age of patients was 59.11 ± 2.9 years. All patients had negative results of SARS‑CoV‑2 nasopharyngeal swab PCR testing at hospitalization. Based on the anamnestic data collected using a special questionnaire, the main and control groups were formed depending on COVID‑19 severity. The main group included 30 NSCLC patients (15 men and 15 women) after severe or moderate COVID‑19 who had required hospitalization; the control group included 30 patients with NSCLC after asymptomatic or mild SARS‑CoV‑2 infection. All patients underwent COVID‑19 infection for 3 months or more before the start of NSCLC treatment. Quantitative assessment of estradiol (E2), testosterone (T), progesterone (P4) and cortisol (C) was performed by RIA in 10 % homogenates of the tumor and resection line tissues.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Resection line tissues in women of the main group showed an increase of E2 by 1.7 times, C by 1.6 times, P4 by 4.1 times, and a decrease of T by 1.3 times; in men, levels of T and P4 were increased on average by 1.8 times (p &lt; 0.05). Tumor samples in men and women of the main group demonstrated increased E2 by 1.7 times, and C by 1.8 times in women only (p &lt; 0.05).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Severe COVID‑19 changed the hormonal profile of unaffected lung tissues, especially in women, and the tumor itself.
